Note: If your voice mail box is behaving
strangely, you may want to change your password. Someone else may know
your password and could be abusing your account. It's a good idea to
change your password frequently to avoid such problems.

with Billing and Payments
| How do I pay my CASE Sprint cellular phone bill? |

You will receive your bill electronically.
You can
view your bill on your monitor or print it to your printer.
Your user id is your CASE id.
(example abc12) and your password is your email password. You must mail
your
payment, via check or money order only to the P.O. Box address noted on
the bill. Do not send payments to the Telephone Services Office. Do not
send cash. Make sure your account number (or CASE id ) is
written somewhere on the check or money order. Allow an appropriate 5 -
7 business days for the payment to be posted to your account.
